Aproveche estos últimos días de Semana Santa para ponerse en forma con las rutinas de los 10 "personal trainers" más seguidos y poderosos del mundo, según la revista Forbes.

Rachel Bathen, conocida como yoga_girl, está embarazada y aconseja realizar una dulce rutina, recomendada por su abuela.

Every evening I sit down and rub my belly with oil. I think about my mother who placed her hands on her own belly just like this, 29 years ago, and my grandmother doing the same in the 1960's. I think about her ancestry; my great grandmother and the many generations of women that came before her, all at some point having this exact same experience. Sitting down, touching their hands to their bellies, connecting with their unborn children. All probably feeling the same excitement, the same fears, the same wonder that is this leap from maidenhood to motherhood. Generations apart and in worlds different from mine, yet so very similar. Did you know that when we are pregnant, we carry two generations? Little poppyseed already has developed eggs that will one day become my own grandchildren. My mother carried Poppy in her womb and my grandmother carried me. Isn't it remarkable? We are all connected in a line of women dating back to the dawn of time. There is something so primal, so ancient about this moment; me sitting here in the sand, feeling my little girl turn and move, thinking about the women that came before me. I bow in gratitude to all women walking this earth. To this divine experience. To the death I've seen that's allowed me to experience life. I bow to everything that's been before and to everything that's yet to come. Most of all, I bow to the miracle growing inside me. What a blessing it is… This life. I bow to it all.

Por su parte Joe Wicks, conocido en sus redes sociales como Thebodycoach, o el Entrenador del cuerpo, propuso realizar el siguiente circuito.

La idea es repetir cada ejercicio por 40 segundos, descansar 20 y hacerlo 4 veces.

Kayla Itsines, la entrenadora australiana que ocupa el primer lugar, recomienda que "este clásico" no puede faltar en sus ejercicios diarios.

Jen Selter, otras de las famosas personal trainer cuyo lado B le ha hecho ganar popularidad, muestra un clip sobre cómo ejercitarse en la máquina de escaleras del gimnasio.

Por su parte, Michelle Lewin reveló sus secretos para tonificar el cuerpo completo.
